| Early
Remains Collectible Treasures |
 |
Early
Remains is a hidden gem tucked away on Park
Lane a few steps off the public promenade, and
a short walk south of Bab's Delta Diner. While
dealing mostly in smaller antiques and collectibles,
the shop also has an eclectic mix of Watercolors,
Oil Paintings, Lithographs, Raku Pottery, Antique
& Contemporary Marbles, Chinese Porcelain, Cameras,
Stoneware Pottery, Fossils and Indian Relics.
The shop is operated by Don Grover in a commercial
space in their Delta Cove home. "Our prices
are usually lower than other antique shops since
we have very little overhead," says Grover.
The shop maintains a reference library that
allows visitors the opportunity to look up information
on specific items. A search service is also
available for those looking for something special.
Regular hours are Friday & Saturday from 10:30am
to 4:30pm. However, if you call ahead they can
arrange to open by appointment. Early Remains
is well worth a special trip. Don is very knowledgable
regarding antiques and local history and loves
chatting with visitors.
