Alcohol Consumption
at Waterfront Events
In order to make the waterfront events safe and enjoyable
for everyone, the City is prohibiting the consumption
of alcohol at all events except within a designated “Beer
Garden” tent area. This means that people cannot bring
alcohol to any events and they cannot consume alcohol
on the Harbor Plaza lawn or along the promenade. A special
enclosed tent will be provided as the “Beer Garden” for
the Fourth of July Celebration.
